The Platinum Devcon Projects Pvt. Ltd. Was founded in year, 2013 for development and construction of residential houses, hotels, motels, resorts, amusement parks, hospitals business complex and commercial buildings, etc. in or out side of India.

Currently, the company is developed a Resort which is spread over 3 acres where having independent 32 Luxury Villa, conference hall, multi-cuisine restaurant, spa, yoga and meditation center and other rejuvenation avenues in the name of Platinum Cottages at Kund, on Lansedowne Road, near Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
